KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To manage the IT systems and infrastructure of our office and Contact Centre.
• To work with our Support Team and Partner to identify, analyze and resolve billing issues.
• To manage the equipment & suppliers to deliver high quality IT services and hardware.
• To manage the local network.
• To work with Local Team and Global Team to ensure the global Information Security policies and standards are adhered too within the local market.
• To run regular checks on network and coordinating troubleshooting of IT issues.
• To provide support for office productivity software such as Google G-Suite and Office365 and video conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams.
• To preserve assets, information security and control structures.
• To implement and manage standard endpoint management and anti-virus software.
• To maintain and improve a service-oriented culture with clear points of escalation for issues, without the need for users to work out who to ask and when to expect communications.
• To perform other tasks assigned by top management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience as helpdesk support.
• Knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WLAN installation, configuration, troubleshooting.
• Good Khmer and English languages.
• Good Communication, problem solving and analytic skill.
• Ability to organize and work under pressures.
• Willing to learn new things in IT.
