  1. To subscribe and receive cover, you must be between 18 and 69 years old \(both inclusive\). Cover is only valid in Cambodia.ដើម្បីចុះឈ្មោះ អ្នកត្រូវមានអាយុចន្លោះ ១៨ ដល់ ៦៩ ឆ្នាំ។ ការការថែរមានសុពលភាពតែនៅកម្ពុជា។
  2. If a person registers multiple SIM cards for Smart Life insurance, only a single policy is valid.ប្រសិនបើអ្នកណាម្នាក់ចុះឈ្មោះ SIM ច្រើនសម្រាប់ Smart Life បណ្ណតែមួយប៉ុណ្ណោះដែលមានសុពលភាព។

## SMART Hospital

Smart Hospital Insurance is exclusively available to Smart subscribers and underwritten by BIMA. Accidents and injuries might happen when we least expect it and the resulting hospital stay can cause a lot of financial stress. With Smart Hospital Insurance, you can stop worrying about money and focus on getting better.
